This is the second card from the previous workshop that did not run...
I've used : 'Clear Magic Stamps'
FRCL164 Sammy Snail and Friends.
The balloon however comes from set FRCL146 Tweety Birds.
Woodware also stock a tiny tag punch which is really sweet.
You have to do a bit of masking to get the tortoise to hold the balloon!
