Woodware wholesale these great little curly paper clips in gold or silver. I've used it to attach the dog/basket to the strip bellow.
The tag was cut using a sizzix die. I used some of the paper to make a faux ribbon for the tag. Stick the paper on some card to re-enforce it. Trim to size, fold over and cut the ends off at an angle.

What a lot of careful cutting out on this card! You are very patient. The curly clip is a good idea - i'm never sure what to do with those.
